Connect to Hire
The Alumni Relations & Outreach office works closely with the Economics Career Services Office to assist alumni in hiring Economics students. A few ways to connect with us and hire for your employer:
- Join our CareerSubgroup on LinkedIn. Note: This is a "closed" group where membership is restricted to Economics alumni, Econonics student and employers wishing to hire Economics alumni and students. You must request to join this group and may do so by being a member of the Economics Linked-In main group, whereby your membership is automatically approved or by requesting membership of the CareerSubgroup. Job postings and resumes are permitted to be posted to the subgroup by members.
- Connect with the Economics Career Services Office to hire Economics students that are preparing to graduate or recent graduates
- Connect with the campus Career Center to hire (paid and unpaid) Economics or other UI students that are preparing to graduate or recent graduates
