Advising Appointments

Go Back

Economics Advisors may help decipher your DARS report to make sure you’re on track with Econ degree requirements, assist with choosing courses for future semesters, discuss career options with a degree in Economics, answer questions about preparing for graduate school, complete your major plan of study, and much more. We recommend you come and see us at least once per semester. We see all students who have questions about the economics major and our courses (during peak times, priority will go to declared and interested economics majors).

We offer scheduled advising appointments (~25 minutes) or Express Advising (~5 minutes for quick questions). Please see the information below on the different appointments, and contact our office with questions: or 214 DKH.
You do not need to schedule an advising appointment for study abroad forms or most ISSS forms. Drop these in 214 DKH and you will be notified when they are ready to be picked up (typically within 1/2 business day).
